Craft room curtain fabric

My walls are pretty much the same blue color and the furniture in the room will be red and white. I just think it is so adorable! I either bought this at a flea market yearsssss ago or its from my sister jess--I can't remember for the life of me when or where or whom I got it from....I'm just so glad I found it!

Sewing/Curtain dilemma

As you all know, I haven't a clue how to sew. But I did want really cute homemade curtains/valance (whatever) in my craft room. I was digging through some boxes and VOILE! an adorable piece of retro fabric appeared! It just so happened to match my color scheme perfectly--totally meant to be...so now I know this IS the fabric for my room...the only problem is I dont know what to do. I will probably find someone who can sew to either help me or do it for me...but the size of the fabric piece might be a problem. Basically, I am writing this to anyone who knows anything about sewing to suggest ideas on what to do....

The piece is a long strip (about 10 feet long) and 3 feet wide. The print is horizontal specific (does that make sense?...I hope) I have 2 windows that are 3 feet wide and 5 1/2 feet long.
I would like those retro looking red pom-pom trim incorporated in the design.

So.....what should I do?? Can anything cute be done with those dimensions?
